SIRIUS Satellite Radio to Blend Sports, Entertainment and Music for Unparalleled Super Bowl Week Experience

SIRIUS
NFL Radio, SIRIUS’ Martha Stewart Living Radio, Maxim Radio, Jimmy
Buffett’s Radio Margaritaville, Raw Dog Comedy, Scott Ferrall and
others offer range of fun programming choices for the year’s biggest
sporting event.

On Super Bowl Sunday, February 3, SIRIUS will air an expanded lineup
of play-by-play broadcasts of Super Bowl XLII live from University of
Phoenix Stadium to its nationwide audience. SIRIUS will offer 12
individual broadcasts of the game in eight different languages. SIRIUS
will provide the local flagship radio broadcasts of both the AFC
Champion New England Patriots (channel 126) and NFC Champion New York
Giants (channel 123) as well as the national radio broadcast on channel
124. SIRIUS subscribers can choose to follow the game in English,
Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, German, Russian, Flemish or
French.

Leading up to game day, subscribers can choose many listening
options from SIRIUS’ sports, entertainment and music channels as SIRIUS
presents up-to-the- minute news and analysis on SIRIUS NFL Radio,
Martha Stewart Living Radio broadcasting inside the annual Taste of the
NFL food-and-wine event benefiting hunger charities, plus live

SIRIUS NFL RADIO CHANNEL 124

Starting Monday, January 28 and
throughout Super Bowl Week, SIRIUS NFL Radio will broadcast live from
7:00 am - 11:00 pm ET from Radio Row in downtown Phoenix, featuring
up-to-the-minute NFL news and expert analysis on shows hosted by
Shannon Sharpe, Randy Cross, Tim Ryan, Pat Kirwan, Jerry Rice, Solomon
Wilcots, Gil Brandt, Daryl ‘Moose’ Johnston, Jim Miller, Carl Banks,
Bob Papa, Adam Schein and Bryan McGovern. SIRIUS NFL Radio will also
broadcast live from University of Phoenix Stadium on Media Day,
Tuesday, January 29, featuring one-on-one interviews with players and
coaches from the New England Patriots and New York Giants.

MARTHA STEWART LIVING RADIO CHANNEL 112

Martha
Stewart Living Radio teamed up this year with Taste of the NFL, the
one-of-a-kind charitable food and wine-tasting event that benefits
local and national hunger organizations. Every week leading up to the
big game two top chefs from every NFL city appeared on Martha Stewart
Living Radio to discuss their signature Taste of the NFL dish, take
calls from listeners, and share colorful anecdotes about their favorite
players and hometown teams. As a finale to the special broadcast
series, Martha Stewart Living Radio will broadcast live February 2 from
8:00 - 11:00 pm ET from inside the 17th annual Taste of the NFL event
at the Phoenix Convention Center, interviewing the chefs, as well as
NFL players and other special guests.

The
Martha Stewart Living Radio team will also broadcast Morning Living
live in Phoenix on February 1 from 8:00 - 11:00 am ET, featuring

MAXIM RADIO CHANNEL 108

Maxim
kicks off the biggest weekend in football with the hottest party in
Scottsdale, and Maxim Radio, SIRIUS channel 108, will give listeners
VIP access. Maxim Radio will broadcast live Friday, February 1 from the
party at the grand opening of Rande Gerber’s Stone Rose Lounge at the
Fairmount Scottsdale Princess with interviews from the red carpet
starting at 11:00 pm ET. Popular hosts Covino & Rich will talk to
celebrities, world famous athletes, and in Maxim tradition, some of the
most beautiful women on the planet.

Covino & Rich will also broadcast live from inside the 2008 EA Sports Madden Bowl party on Thursday, January 31.

RAW DOG COMEDY UNCENSORED CHANNEL 104

Raw
Dog Comedy Uncensored channel 104 celebrates the Super Bowl with the
annual football-themed El Megabowl de Comedy. All month long Raw Dog
has been airing the comedy of a stellar list of comedians representing
the National Comedy Conference and the American Comedy Conference.
Stars such as Norm MacDonald, Nick Swardson, Michael Ian Black, Lisa
Lampanelli, Gabriel Iglesias, Daniel Tosh and other comics have gone
head-head every week in the comedy playoff to decide who will hoist the
coveted Raw Dog trophy. The finalists for the El Megabowl Championship
game are Dave Attell and Breuer Unleashed co-host Pete Correale. SIRIUS
listeners can vote online at www.sirius.com to decide the winner.

On
game day, Comedy by Request host Pete Dominick will host a halftime
show that will feature interviews with comedians and Mark Says Hi, of
The Alternative Comedy Show, will host a post-game show.

THE SCOTT FERRALL SHOW ON CHANNEL HOWARD 101

Howard
101 sports personality Scott Ferrall will be live from the Hooters
restaurant in Tempe, Arizona interviewing athletes and other notable
personalities in town for the big game. On his show Ferrall thunders
through the world of sports at 1,000 mph, telling it like it is and
letting his fans do the same. The Scott Ferrall Show broadcasts air
Thursday, January 31 and Friday, February 1 from 8:00 pm - midnight ET
and Saturday, February 2 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm ET.

RADIO MARGARITAVILLE CHANNEL 31

Jimmy
Buffett’s Radio Margaritaville will broadcast two days of Super Bowl
parties live from the newest Margaritaville Cafe, just a stones throw
from University of Phoenix Stadium. Live from Next Door To The Big Game
will air live Saturday, February 2 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm ET and again
Super Bowl Sunday, February 3 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm ET.

PHOENIX TRAFFIC CHANNEL 157

On
Super Bowl Sunday SIRIUS will air expanded “Super Bowl traffic reports”
in place of Phoenix traffic on channel 157 to help fans get to and from
the game. Reports will be updated every 10 minutes, starting four hours
before kickoff, and continuing for two hours after the game ends.

SIRIUS to air 12 individual broadcasts of Super Bowl XLII in eight
languages SIRIUS NFL Radio // ch. 124 to broadcast live from Phoenix
New England Patriots and New York Giants team radio calls to air
nationally

Sirius released their Broadcast Schedule for Super Bowl XLII today. It looks like they are going to have a pretty good lineup.

Here are the details.

On Super Bowl Sunday, February 3, SIRIUS will air an expanded lineup
of play-by-play broadcasts of Super Bowl XLII live from University of
Phoenix Stadium to its nationwide audience. SIRIUS will offer 12
different game calls in eight languages, including the local radio
broadcasts of both the AFC Champion New England Patriots and NFC
Champion New York Giants. SIRIUS subscribers can choose from:

broadcast live every day from Radio Row in downtown Phoenix, providing
up-to-the-minute news and analysis from a panel of expert hosts that
includes Shannon Sharpe, Randy Cross, Tim Ryan, Pat Kirwan, Jerry Rice,
Solomon Wilcots, Gil Brandt, Daryl ‘Moose’ Johnston, Jim Miller, Bob
Papa, Adam Schein and Bryan McGovern. SIRIUS NFL Radio will broadcast
live from University of Phoenix Stadium on Media Day, Tuesday, January
29, from 10am to 3pm ET. Media Day shows will feature one-on-one
interviews with players and coaches from the New England Patriots and
New York Giants.

On Saturday, Feb. 2 starting at 4pm ET, SIRIUS
will have live coverage as the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of
2008 is announced at the Phoenix Convention Center. SIRIUS listeners
will hear the live announcement as well as one-on-one interviews with
the newly elected Hall of Famers.

Troy Aikman Show, hosted by the three-time Super Bowl Champion and Hall
of Fame quarterback, live Thursday of Super Bowl Week (7:00 pm - 8:00
pm ET). The Troy Aikman Show airs every Thursday throughout the season
on SIRIUS Sports Central, channel 123.

Additionally, SIRIUS
will feature expanded traffic reports for the Phoenix area to SIRIUS
First Traffic and Weather for Phoenix on channel 153.
