		Nickelodeon service includes popular shows such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius.
		Disney Channel includes popular shows like Hannah Montana, Cory in the House, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and My Friends Tigger & Pooh.
		Cartoon Network Mobile includes short-form programming ranging from two to eight minutes each, and includes Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, and classics like The Powerpuff Girls and Dexter’s Laboratory.

SIRIUS Backseat TV™ will be available exclusively as a factory-installed feature in the following model year 2008 vehicles.

The SCV1 will be available at retailers in the 2nd quarter of 2008.
Designed to work in any car with an FM radio and a rear-seat video
monitor, the SCV1 includes a wired controller to operate the audio and
video functions.

How does it work?
SIRIUS Backseat TV™ operates via
an in-vehicle satellite video receiver and two small roof-mounted
antennas. For added flexibility, rear-seat passengers can enjoy SIRIUS
Backseat TV™ while, at the same time, front-seat occupants can listen
to SIRIUS Satellite Radio. The system can be operated from either the
rear-seat entertainment unit or the radio head unit in the front-seat
area.

How much will it cost?
For Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles, SIRIUS Backseat TV™ is available
for a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $470 — which
includes the first year of service — when packaged with Chrysler
Group’s Rear Seat Entertainment System and SIRIUS Satellite Radio.
After the first year, SIRIUS Backseat TV™ is available for $6.99 per
month in addition to a SIRIUS Satellite Radio subscription ($12.95 per
month), totaling $19.94 per month. SIRIUS Backseat TV™ will only be
available to SIRIUS Satellite Radio subscribers.

When can I get it? Where can I watch?
The SIRIUS
SCV1 after-market version of the SIRIUS Backseat TV™ receiver will be
available through our retail partners in the second quarter of 2008.
The SCV1 system is designed to work with most aftermarket and factory
installed radios and video monitors that have auxiliary inputs.

How does it work?
The SCV1 aftermarket product includes a child-friendly remote control
to allow backseat passengers to easily change channels. The front-seat
passengers can operate the SIRIUS Satellite Radio system with the
included display controller and their own wireless remote control.

How much will it cost?
Pricing for the SCV1 after-market version of the SIRIUS Backseat TV™ is
$299.99 MSRP and will be available in the second quarter of 2008. The
SIRIUS Backseat TV™ service is available for $6.99 per month in
addition to a SIRIUS Satellite Radio subscription ($12.95 per month),
totaling $19.94 per month. SIRIUS Backseat TV™ will only be available
