I thought I would post a little information for anyone having issues with their service. If you have tried to contact customer service and are still having issues use the following information to reach the higher ups at Sirius XM Radio.

Remember if you do call or write an email stay calm and polite.

The first number to call is the executive customer service line at 1-888-635-5142.

If that fails or you want to go higher up contact the man in charge of it all.

This is not confirmed 100% yet but we expect Sirius XM will be adding more latin channels to it’s lineup. There is also word that Squizz and Ethel will be making a return to the Air Waves.

Finally expect the launch of a new channel devoted to Michael Jackson, The Michael Jackson Icon Channel.

I will post full details as soon as I get the official information.

It appears that there is going to be larger revisions to the channel lineups. For right now I’m crossing out all of the information above until I know exactly what the changes will be.

Sorry for all of the confusion right now but I promise I will have all of the new channel changes soon. Also just because the info above is crossed out this is not final. SXM is making larger changes so it’s better to wait until things are 100% official.

On June 30, 2009, we entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the amended Employment Agreement, dated November 18, 2004, with Mel Karmazin (the “Employment Agreement”). The Amendment (i) extends the term of the Employment Agreement through and until December 31, 2012, (ii) increases his base salary from $1,250,000 per year to $1,500,000 per year beginning on January 1, 2010, and (iii) provides for the grant of an option to purchase 120,000,000 shares of our common stock, at an exercise price of $0.430 per share (the closing price of our common stock on June 30, 2009) (the “Option”). Other than as provided in the Amendment, the Employment Agreement will continue in accordance with its terms.

The Option will vest in equal installments on each of December 31, 2010, December 31, 2011, June 30, 2012 and December 31, 2012. The vesting of these stock options will accelerate upon the termination of Mr. Karmazin’s employment by us without cause, by him for good reason, upon his death or disability and in the event of a change of control. The Option will generally expire on December 31, 2014; provided that if the parties subsequently agree to extend the term of the Employment Agreement through December 31, 2013 or later, then the term of the Option will automatically extend until the later of (i) December 31, 2015 and (ii) the date that is one year following the date that such new employment agreement expires.

SIRIUS XM Radio announced today that it will celebrate the 4th of July with extensive programming, spanning its various 100% commercial-free music channels, including an entire channel, “Uncle Sam Radio,” devoted to songs about America.

SIRIUS XM Radio announced today that it will broadcast performances from a concert by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band scheduled to be recorded live on July 3, 2009 in Frankfurt, Germany from their current “Working On A Dream” tour. The rare broadcast will air on E Street Radio, the exclusive 100% commercial-free channel dedicated to the music of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on Saturday, July 4 at 12:00 pm ET.

E Street Radio’s extensive 4th of July programming will also include a performance by fellow Jersey-shore rocker Southside Johnny from the legendary Stone Pony in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The performance will be recorded live on Thursday, July 2 and will air on Friday, July 3 at 8:00 pm ET.

The Michael Jackson Tribute Channel will launch on Saturday, June 27 at 12:01 am ET and air through Monday, June 29 at 11:59 pm ET on Heart & Soul, SIRIUS channel 51 and XM channel 62, and will honor the legendary career of Michael Jackson who passed away on June 25, 2009.

The channel features Jackson’s solo work, as well as recordings from The Jackson 5, interviews and stories from other artists, plus other unique content that celebrated Jackson’s musical contributions. Music industry legend Quincy Jones, who produced Thriller, among other Jackson solo albums, served as Executive Advisor, providing counsel on the channel’s creative direction and structure.

In addition, listeners will hear Quincy Jones discuss two Michael Jackson albums he produced, Off the Wall and Thriller. Jones will share the inspiration for both albums as he takes listeners track by track during the special on Monday, June 29 at 9:00 pm ET on The Michael Jackson Tribute Channel. XM Satellite Radio Inc., a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of SIRIUS XM Radio, priced an offering of $525,750,000 of Senior Secured Notes due 2013. The offering size was increased today from $350,000,000 in response to strong investor demand.

The notes, which were offered pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”), will bear interest at an annual rate of 11.25%. The price to investors will be 95.093% of the principal amount of the notes. The company will receive gross proceeds of $499,951,448 from the sale of the notes before deducting the initial purchaser’s commissions and estimated offering expenses. The notes will be guaranteed by XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. and certain subsidiaries.

XM will use the net proceeds from the offering to repay all amounts outstanding under its amended and restated credit agreement; to replace the $150 million second-lien credit agreement with Liberty Media Corporation, which will be terminated upon the closing of the offering; and to refinance or repay other debt of XM and XM Holdings. The balance of the net proceeds, if any, will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes have not been registered under the Securities Act, or any state securities laws, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration, except pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
